During a centralization effort, a new high-tech library building and information center was established. This period brought many new responsibilities, and I took part in the automation of related processes and the ongoing support for library visitors. My tasks included developing automated workflows, integrating digital services, and providing technical support to ensure a smooth experience for library users.

The library won a public tender and expanded its services by introducing electronic offerings and accesss to a variety of digital resources. I contributed to streamlining daily operations, integrating new digital tools, and ensuring smooth access to electronic content for both staff and visitors.
